A creditor can advertise the winding-up petition 7 days after it has been served on your Company.This can paralyse the Company because it is likely the Bank will freeze your accounts and third parties such as suppliers and customers will not want to deal with you.

This is because if your Company is ultimately wound-up, all transactions occurring between the presentation of the Petition and the winding-up order are automatically void. If the Petition has not been advertised, we can act on your behalf to prevent it from being advertised.
